Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided: Haulin’ Grass agrees to provide lawn mowing services at the price as agreed upon with the customer.
2. Green Waste: Removal of green waste including grass clippings from the customers property is only included if quoted. The customer agrees to provide their garbage disposal or green bit for Haulin’ Grass to use for green waste.
3. Payment: Payment for lawn mowing services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon by Haulin’ Grass and the customer. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or EFTPOS. If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 25% will be charged.
4. Cancellation Policy: The customer must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lawn mowing appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 25%.
5. Property Access: The customer is responsible for providing Haulin’ Grass with access to their property. If Haulin’ Grass is unable to access the property due to a locked gate, dog, or other obstruction, the customer may be charged a fee for the missed appointment.
6. Pet Waste: Pet Waste must be removed prior to our team’s arrival. There will be an extra charge of $20 if this has not been done.
7. Liability: Haulin’ Grass will take reasonable care to avoid damaging property during the course of its work. However, accidents can and do happen Haulin’ Grass carries full public liability insurance for your peace of mind but please bear in mind, not all damage is automatically covered. Be assured if damage occurs while we are on site, we will notify you immediately and discuss the incident and options for repair. Damage as per condition 8 is not included.
8. Projectiles: Haulin’ Grass always requests that any items that may become a projectile are removed from your property, prior to our arrival so damage from projectiles cannot occur. We will not be liable for any damage caused by these.
9. Weather Conditions: In the event of rain or other inclement weather, Haulin’ Grass reserves the right to reschedule lawn mowing appointments at its discretion.
10. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with at least 24hrs notice.
